Return Deadline

• You have 2 days from the shipping confirmation date to request a return.

• Items must be in new, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged condition, with all original tags, packaging, and garment covers intact.

• Customized sizes and designs are not eligible for return.

Essentials by D reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements. Refunds may be withheld until the returned item is received and inspected.
